Starting our partnership in 2018, Antimony performed deep dive 360 review of the business. Interviewing every client (500+), staff member and senior leader in the business for feedback before mapping out their 5 year business plan and go-to-market strategy (just before covid). Our road map enabled the team to pivot into corporate wellness, online supplements, online coaching and finally packaging an in-studio app for their clients and staff. We set their team up for success with smart hiring, business development training and sharp digital marketing campaigns, 5th Element Wellness rightly earned multiple awards for being the best independent health and wellbeing business in Australia by Fitness Australia (now Ausfit) for the past four years. We love working Matty and the team & still work closely together on the next five year strategy.

Antimony was approached by Barfoot & Thompson to run a their first ever digital lead generation program for their coastal property portfolio. After running an initial successful pilot campaign with Lion Rock (pictured here), Antimony was given the green light to design and build an the entire lead gen eco system for several other properties. This included website & landing page design, social media campaigns, CRM development, email automation, and C-suite market reporting. Antimony delivered thousands of highly qualified leads with four properties sold, each worth multi-millions.

Establishing Isadora Nim, as Australia’s most popular female  tailor
Antimony was approached by Peter the founder of Isadora Nim in 2020 just before the pandemic. Due to the nature of Peter’s business being face-to-face we had to rethink our approach. This resulted in Antimony reforming and reorganising the brand from the ground up. Once the direction and strategy were established Antimony was tasked with creating Isadora Nim’s community presence and with a complete website redesign to improve lead generation and sales performance. Launching our integrated digital marketing and brand awareness campaigns in September 2022 has seen the business thrive. Peter & his team are currently working with Antimony to establish themselves in Sydney and eventually throughout Australia in 2023.
