A SHORT INTRODUCTION
The Collective Supplement Co launched with two rare advantages: a science-backed product and an existing community. What they needed was the infrastructure to match. Antimony built the brand system, designed the website, executed the GTM launch campaign, and developed an affiliate ecosystem that turned a promising start-up into a credible health brand selling across the USA and Australia.
Barfoot & Thompson is New Zealand's largest privately owned agency, family-run for a hundred years. They brought us in to sell their most remote, premium coastal listings the way the best brands sell anything: online, at scale, to exactly the right people.The job was to turn high-end video and photography into a journey that found serious buyers and warmed them up long before they stood on the land. So we built the system to do it, and built it to repeat.

Translating science and community into a scalable supplement brand

THE CONTEXT

TCSC isn't a local player. It's a US-registered LLC selling internationally, with stockists across the USA and Australia. The clinical backing and the loyal following were there. The commercial machinery, brand, store and acquisition channels, hadn't caught up with the ambition.

THE MARKET

The global supplements market is saturated with brands making bold claims on thin evidence. TCSC's edge was the opposite: genuine clinical backing and real community credibility that reads the same in Sydney or Los Angeles.

Turn community trust into commercial infrastructure. We built the brand, the website, the go-to-market launch and an affiliate ecosystem, so the audience that already believed had something to buy and somewhere to send their friends.

$244K in year-one sales, with revenue growth of 243% in year one, 120% in year two and 211% in year three. 8+ products launched and 25+ stockists across Australia and the USA. The system compounds because every channel reinforces the others.
