A SHORT INTRODUCTION
My Paloma is a Melbourne-based wearable art and jewellery label creating personal, enduring pieces with genuine craft and intention. The product was beautiful. The digital experience wasn't keeping pace. Antimony was engaged to rebuild the brand system, transition the platform from Shopify to a Webflow-led experience, and build the content, email and growth infrastructure to support international expansion.
Barfoot & Thompson is New Zealand's largest privately owned agency, family-run for a hundred years. They brought us in to sell their most remote, premium coastal listings the way the best brands sell anything: online, at scale, to exactly the right people. The job was to turn high-end video and photography into a journey that found serious buyers and warmed them up long before they stood on the land. So we built the system to do it, and built it to repeat.
THE CHALLENGE

A craft-led brand ready to grow internationally

THE CONTEXT

My Paloma had built a loyal following through markets, stockists and social, but the Shopify storefront didn't reflect the quality of the product. Platform sprawl across Shopify, Webflow, Smootify and Klaviyo made it hard to keep the experience coherent, track performance or manage made-to-order logic cleanly.

THE MARKET

Contemporary jewellery and wearable art rewards brands that lead with story, craft and visual identity. My Paloma's audience is design-conscious, ethically minded and increasingly international. The digital experience needed to match the intention behind every piece.

OUR MOVE

Category branding and a flagship digital experience built for craft, collections and conversion. We rebuilt the brand system and moved the storefront onto a Webflow-led experience with Shopify as the commerce engine, then built the content, email and growth infrastructure to support international expansion.

WORDS FROM ANTIMONY
My Paloma is a brand where the product carries real meaning. Our job was to build a digital experience that honours that craft while actually converting. The new platform unifies design, content and commerce into one system that works as hard as the pieces themselves.
Sam Hill, Managing Director of Antimony

A beautiful product deserves a flagship experience. We built one.

WHAT WE DELIVERED

Brand and channel audits, a complete brand design system, a Webflow-led website with Shopify as the commerce engine, CMS implementation, product uploads, content strategy and a first-month content calendar, Klaviyo setup including made-to-order flows, and lookbook and linesheet updates for wholesale and press.

PLATFORM ARCHITECTURE

Moving from a standalone Shopify storefront to a Webflow-fronted, Shopify-powered experience gave My Paloma the design flexibility and brand storytelling the product demanded. Smootify integration kept products and collections in sync behind the scenes.

CAMPAIGN READY

Core site copy, lookbook updates and Klaviyo flows mean new collections now launch with a coordinated web, email and content approach. The infrastructure supports bigger releases, wholesale conversations and ongoing international growth.

WORDS FROM MY PALOMA
Antimony understood what My Paloma needed before I could fully articulate it. They took a brand I'd built through markets and word of mouth and gave it a digital home that finally matches the care I put into every piece. The new site, the email flows, the way the brand shows up now, it all feels intentional. I can confidently share it with stockists, press and customers anywhere in the world.
