My Paloma had built a loyal following through markets, stockists and social, but the Shopify storefront didn't reflect the quality of the product. Platform sprawl across Shopify, Webflow, Smootify and Klaviyo made it hard to keep the experience coherent, track performance or manage made-to-order logic cleanly.
Contemporary jewellery and wearable art rewards brands that lead with story, craft and visual identity. My Paloma's audience is design-conscious, ethically minded and increasingly international. The digital experience needed to match the intention behind every piece.
Category branding and a flagship digital experience built for craft, collections and conversion. We rebuilt the brand system and moved the storefront onto a Webflow-led experience with Shopify as the commerce engine, then built the content, email and growth infrastructure to support international expansion.

Brand and channel audits, a complete brand design system, a Webflow-led website with Shopify as the commerce engine, CMS implementation, product uploads, content strategy and a first-month content calendar, Klaviyo setup including made-to-order flows, and lookbook and linesheet updates for wholesale and press.
Moving from a standalone Shopify storefront to a Webflow-fronted, Shopify-powered experience gave My Paloma the design flexibility and brand storytelling the product demanded. Smootify integration kept products and collections in sync behind the scenes.
Core site copy, lookbook updates and Klaviyo flows mean new collections now launch with a coordinated web, email and content approach. The infrastructure supports bigger releases, wholesale conversations and ongoing international growth.
