A SHORT INTRODUCTION
Lindsay Ryan is a high-performing sales agent in Melbourne's inner-east who wanted a brand and digital presence to match the level of service he delivers. Antimony was engaged to reposition Lindsay as the go-to premium agent, build a distinctive personal brand and create a digital ecosystem that could reliably feed his pipeline. We delivered a complete brand and website build, a performance-led content engine and ongoing campaign management.
Barfoot & Thompson is New Zealand's largest privately owned agency, family-run for a hundred years. They brought us in to sell their most remote, premium coastal listings the way the best brands sell anything: online, at scale, to exactly the right people.The job was to turn high-end video and photography into a journey that found serious buyers and warmed them up long before they stood on the land. So we built the system to do it, and built it to repeat.

Lindsay Ryan is a high-performing sales agent in Melbourne's inner-east. The results were there but the brand didn't reflect them. He needed a distinctive personal brand and a digital ecosystem that could reliably generate, nurture and convert vendor and buyer leads without relying on the traditional agency playbook.

Melbourne's inner-east is one of the most competitive prestige property markets in Australia. Agents at this level compete on reputation, relationships and visible brand authority. Lindsay needed a platform that communicated premium positioning before the first conversation.

A complete brand, website and growth system for a premium agent. We built the personal brand and positioning, a Webflow site, and a performance-led content and paid media engine designed to feed his pipeline without adding to his daily workload.

4.5x qualified vendor enquiries from digital channels, a 52% increase in new listing leads, and 9.4% GCI growth across 2024 to 2025. Lindsay sold 44 properties in twelve months, was named REB #1 Sales Office in Victoria 2024, and holds a 4.9/5 rating from 37 REA reviews.
