A SHORT INTRODUCTION
Ken AI helps B2B teams win meetings through personalised cold outreach at scale: building sales funnels, finding and qualifying leads, and sending emails and DMs that actually feel human. The product was sharp. The brand wasn't there yet. Antimony built Ken from first principles, strategy, naming, a full design system, a custom character and icon library, a website, content and a go-to-market plan, for a global audience rather than a local one. The goal: make a cold-outreach tool people trust on first contact.
Barfoot & Thompson is New Zealand's largest privately owned agency, family-run for a hundred years. They brought us in to sell their most remote, premium coastal listings the way the best brands sell anything: online, at scale, to exactly the right people. The job was to turn high-end video and photography into a journey that found serious buyers and warmed them up long before they stood on the land. So we built the system to do it, and built it to repeat.
THE CHALLENGE

Make cold outreach feel human, and global

THE CONTEXT

Cold outreach has a reputation problem: spammy, templated, easy to ignore. Ken AI does the opposite, qualifying and personalising so prospects only get messages they actually want. The brand had to carry that promise the moment someone landed.

THE MARKET

Ken AI sells to B2B teams worldwide, not a single region. The positioning had to read as global from day one, as credible to a founder in New York or London as in Sydney, in a category crowded with identical AI logos and over-claims.

OUR MOVE

We built Ken from first principles across three phases: strategy and naming, a full design system with a custom character and icon library, then a website, content and a global go-to-market plan. Character and clarity over category cliche.

WORDS FROM ANTIMONY
Cold outreach lives or dies on trust. Ken AI earns meetings by treating people like people, so the brand had to feel human, not robotic, the second it hit an inbox or a homepage. That was the brief: make the outreach tool you'd actually reply to.

WHAT WE DELIVERED

Antimony delivered brand strategy and positioning, a brand identity and design system, a custom icon and character library, website design and development, content and copywriting, a tone-of-voice and messaging framework, and a global go-to-market and channel setup.

WHAT KEN ACTUALLY DOES

Ken AI runs personalised cold outreach end to end: building funnels, sourcing and qualifying leads, and sending emails and DMs at scale that read like a human wrote them. The brand makes that credible to a global B2B audience before the first message even lands.

MEASURABLE IMPACT

We took Ken from zero to market-ready in under 12 weeks, designing 24 custom character assets for the system. Investor deck engagement tripled post-rebrand, the website drew 4,200+ sessions in the first 90 days, qualified inbound rose 38%, and the primary site converted at 3.2%.

WORDS FROM KEN AI
Most AI brands look and sound the same. Antimony built us something different. They took the time to understand the product deeply and created a brand that communicates real capability without the hype. The identity cuts through in a market where everyone is shouting about artificial intelligence.
