A SHORT INTRODUCTION
Full Moon Reset is a wellness protocol built around the lunar cycle, a structured cleanse using functional powders, community education and guided ritual. Founded by CJ, it had real early traction and a loyal following, but no brand, no website, no onboarding, no CRM and nothing built to scale. Antimony built the brand from the ground up: identity, packaging across the full range, website, content, tone of voice and the community and commerce systems to move it from manual distribution to a wellness brand that runs on its own engine.
Barfoot & Thompson is New Zealand's largest privately owned agency, family-run for a hundred years. They brought us in to sell their most remote, premium coastal listings the way the best brands sell anything: online, at scale, to exactly the right people.The job was to turn high-end video and photography into a journey that found serious buyers and warmed them up long before they stood on the land. So we built the system to do it, and built it to repeat.
THE CHALLENGE

A loved ritual with nothing built around it

THE CONTEXT

CJ had proven demand and a devoted following, but the brand lived entirely on trust and word of mouth. No website, no onboarding, no CRM, no infrastructure. Every sale was manual, and nothing was built to grow.

THE MARKET

Functional wellness is loud, fast and crowded, and most brands chase trend over ritual. Full Moon Reset had the opposite problem: a genuine practice with real loyalty, held back by the absence of brand and systems.

WHAT WE DELIVERED

Antimony built a brand identity and design system, packaging design and production across the full product range, a brand tone of voice and messaging framework, a content strategy and editorial direction, community channel setup and platform integration, and the website design and copywriting.

BRAND FROM SCRATCH

Starting with no brand and no infrastructure, we created the identity, packaging and voice that gave Full Moon Reset a presence as considered as the ritual itself.

SYSTEMS TO SCALE

Website, CRM, community channels and an event marketing framework replaced manual distribution, turning loyal followers into a repeatable, compounding commercial engine.

MEASURABLE IMPACT

In the first quarter post-launch the brand drove 4,600+ website sessions and sold 180+ product units within 90 days. An email database of 1,400+ subscribers was built from zero, referral sales reached 34% of total revenue, repeat purchase hit 68% within six months, and website product pages converted at 4.8%.
