Premium coastal property in New Zealand sits in a unique market. Buyers are often international, the properties are remote, and traditional open homes don't apply. Barfoot & Thompson needed a digital system that could do what in-person marketing couldn't: generate qualified intent at distance.
New Zealand's premium property segment continued to attract international interest, but conversion required nurture. Buyers at this level needed to feel the land before they visited it. Antimony designed a campaign architecture that used story-led content to build emotional connection at scale.
Antimony built an integrated system of Meta campaigns, dedicated landing pages and CRM management with nurture automations. The system delivered a steady stream of high-intent leads for the sales team to convert, reaching over 3.2 million buyers across the campaign period.
The campaign system reached 3,294,036 buyers and generated 2,604 qualified leads at a cost of $25.46 per lead. 143 private viewings were booked directly from the digital pipeline. A/B testing across creative, copy and audiences refined performance continuously.
$38M in properties sold over a 12-month period. The system proved that premium property can be sold digitally when the creative, targeting and nurture architecture work as one. The model is now repeatable across the Barfoot & Thompson portfolio.
