A SHORT INTRODUCTION
Barfoot & Thompson is New Zealand's largest privately owned agency, family-run for a hundred years. They brought us in to sell their most remote, premium coastal listings the way the best brands sell anything: online, at scale, to exactly the right people. The job was to turn high-end video and photography into a journey that found serious buyers and warmed them up long before they stood on the land. So we built the system to do it, and built it to repeat.

THE CHALLENGE

Turning remote coastal land into qualified buyer intent, on repeat

THE CONTEXT

Remote coastal land is a hard sell online. The buyers are few, often offshore, and will not visit on a whim. A century-old agency needed a modern engine that could find and qualify them at distance, then hand agents a list worth calling, on every listing.

OUR MOVE

We built a full-funnel system designed to repeat. Dedicated landing pages per listing, Meta campaigns built for high-intent buyers, content strategy and creative across the funnel, constant A/B testing, and lead capture wired straight into CRM for automated nurture.

WORDS FROM ANTIMONY
Barfoot & Thompson didn't need a campaign. They needed an engine. A hundred-year-old agency listing remote coastal land faces the same problem on every property: a tiny, often offshore buyer pool that won't view on a whim, and a sales team that can't afford to chase time-wasters. A one-off campaign solves that once. We wanted to solve it permanently. So we built a system that could be pointed at any listing and perform. Dedicated landing pages, a content and creative strategy that worked across the funnel, Meta campaigns tuned to high-intent buyers, relentless A/B testing, and lead capture wired straight into CRM with automated nurture behind it. The win was never the result on one property. It was that the same machine could deliver it again on the next, and the next, without rebuilding it each time.

$38M sold inside twelve months, from a pipeline built to run on every listing that follows.

THE OUTCOME

The programme generated 2,604 qualified leads at $25.46 each and booked 143 private viewings, reaching 3.29M buyers across the campaign. Inside twelve months it delivered $38M in property sold, and handed Barfoot & Thompson a model they could run on every premium listing to come.

WORDS FROM BARFOOT & THOMPSON
Sam and his team didn't just run campaigns; they crafted a tailored lead gen ecosystem that resonated with our buyers. The results were phenomenal.
